Please be advised that our community is operated under the HUD Section 8 Project Based Program. This is a special Financing program designed to facilitate the housing needs of extremely low and very low income households. Residency at this community requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by HUD. We do not accept Section 8 tenant based vouchers.
